As a new and growing business, Garden Room Comps is committed to operating in a fair, transparent, and sustainable manner.

If a competition does not sell enough tickets to cover the advertised prize and associated costs, or only reaches a level where ticket revenue covers the cost of the product without allowing us to operate responsibly, we reserve the right to award a cash prize equal to 75% of the total paid ticket revenue received instead of the advertised prize.

This ensures that:

• Every competition can still be drawn and a winner confirmed.
• The prize remains proportionate to the level of participation.
• We can continue to grow and run exciting competitions long term without operating at a loss.

If a competition sells out in full, the advertised prize will be awarded as described.
