1. Competitions
1.1. Competitions require entrants to answer a skill-based question. Correct answers qualify for the draw.
1.2. Competitions have clear opening and closing dates listed on the Website. Times/dates are UK-based.
1.3. We reserve the right to adjust closing dates under exceptional circumstances.

2. How to Enter
2.1. Paid Entries:

• Visit the competition page.
• Select your answer to the skill-based question.
• Complete registration, checkout, and payment.
• Receive email confirmation and ticket number(s).

2.2. Free Postal Entry Route:

• Send entries clearly stating:
  • Competition name
  • Your full name, postal address, email, phone, date of birth
  • Correct answer to the competition’s skill-based question
  • Confirm acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
• Send to: ‘Garden Room Comps’, [PO Box] UNIT A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
• One entry per postcard/letter; no bulk entries accepted.
• Entrants solely responsible for postal delivery by the competition’s closing date.
• Entries must be received before the published closing date of the competition. Late entries will be disqualified.

2.3. All entries must be submitted in English.
2.4. Maximum entries per competition/person specified on the Website.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Competitions open to individuals aged 18+.
3.2. Competitions open only to UK residents, Any non UK entries will be void and refunded
3.3. Excludes employees, affiliates, or anyone professionally associated with Garden Room Comps.
3.4. Proof of age/identity required before prize release.

4. Prize
4.1. Prizes detailed clearly on each competition page. Subject to availability.
4.2. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
4.3. Cash alternative available, calculated at current market value minus reasonable costs.
4.4. If the competition does not sell out, we reserve the right to award a cash prize equal to 75% of the total value of paid entries received, instead of the advertised prize.
4.5. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
4.6. Winners responsible for all related expenses including taxes, insurance, and maintenance.

Once, and if the competition sells all tickets, communication will be handled from All things garden buildings (ALL THINGS GARDEN BUILDINGS LTD), our usual lead time is 4-6 weeks from order to delivery, any extension to that time will be communicated through ATGB, once the building is ordered it will be final and the customer at point of winning will be given the option for a £10,000 cash alternative instead of the cabin – the prize value at retail is £6,000* 

*£6,000 figure does not include all of the added features listed as part of the competition. £6,000 is the raw cost of structure of the cabin itself.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners chosen via a verified random draw within 14 days post-closing.
5.2. Winners notified within 5 days by phone/email. Winners must respond within 14 days or forfeit the prize; prize redrawn thereafter.
5.3. Winner’s name announced publicly unless opt-out requested.

6.2. Payment via Debit Card or Apple Pay only; no credit cards accepted.
6.3. Entry fees are non-refundable except if competition cancelled.

8. Disqualification & Entry Limits
8.1. We reserve rights to disqualify entries for fraudulent activities, duplicate accounts, incomplete or incorrect entries, abusive behaviour, or interference with our website or competition processes.
8.2. Disqualified entrants forfeit all fees paid without refunds.
